Delivery Policy: Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email of your booking for the event. Final event details and camping details will be emailed out 2-3 weeks before the event.
Refund / Cancelation Policy: We hope you won't want to cancel your booking. However, in the unfortunate event that you need to do so, we will refund your booking fee on request, less a £15 administration charge, as long as you tell us by 1 March XXXX. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 1 March XXXX. Alternatively you are welcome to let someone else take your booking if you wish: simply amend the booking by logging in using the link and password in your booking confirmation email and editing the delegate's details.
If you amend your booking from, say, an attendee to a server, we will refund the excess booking fees without penalty, right up to the event. All other refunds will incur a £15 administration charge. Refunds are made to the original payment card via PayPal
